I am originally from Chatham, Illinois, and recently earned my bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Kentucky. During my undergraduate career, I was involved in beef cattle nutrition research, where I gained experience working on various research projects and had the opportunity to lead my own independent experiment as an undergraduate researcher. I am currently pursuing my graduate education at Virginia Tech to further my knowledge and research experience in ruminant nutrition. Under the guidance of my advisor, Dr. White, I am continuing to develop my research skills and contribute to research focused on ruminant nutrition.
