Dr. Katie Heiderscheit is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Undergraduate Education Office at the School of Animal Sciences. Her role consists of teaching undergraduate courses and advising students on academic progress and course registration. Though not currently involved in a research program, Dr. Heiderscheit enjoys topics in her area of expertise (feedlot cattle nutrition, behavior, and welfare).
