Xiaohui Wu

I hail from a small village in Zhejiang, China, where my parents have dedicated their lives to poultry farming. Their deep connection to animals inspired my interest in the field, leading me to pursue a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science from Zhejiang A&F University. After that, I pursued my master's in Animal Genetics, Breeding, and Reproduction at Huazhong Agriculture University, focusing on heat stress issues in laying hens. Now, I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Dr. James Chen's lab, studying acoustic data analysis and software development.
