Jennifer Blair

I am from Woodstock, Georgia, a town about 30 minutes north of Atlanta. I went to The University of North Georgia, where I interned at Pilgrim’s as a live production intern. I then transferred and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Poultry Science back in 2020. I then took a gap semester where I interned at Foster Farms as a nutrition assistant intern in the fall of 2020. I then went to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where I completed my Master’s of Science with a focus in poultry nutrition in 2023. I am now a Ph.D. student working in Dr. Persia’s lab with a focus in poultry nutrition, as well.

In my free time I enjoy reading, hanging out with my friends, and I am an avid fan of Formula 1. I have a cat, Lilo, who I enjoy hanging out with.
