I am originally from Virginia Beach, VA, and earned my B.S. in Animal and Poultry Sciences at Virginia Tech in 2025. During that time, I was involved in several organizations and worked in different research labs as an undergraduate research assistant. This experience, along with my coursework, cemented an interest in ruminant nutrition.

I am now pursuing my master's, working under the guidance of Dr. Fernandes. My research will focus on using stable isotopes in milk to simplify methods for assessing entry rates of metabolically available amino acids
