I am from Midlothian, Virginia, and earned my B.S. in Health Sciences from James Madison University in May 2025. My goal is veterinary school, and Virginia Tech has provided me with the opportunity to work with animals in a research setting.

Currently, I am pursuing my M.S. in Animal Sciences under the guidance of Dr. Jarome’s lab, where I study neuroscience with a focus on the impacts of aging on memory function in several regions of the brain.
